  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website

6. Delays & Issues

  • Trendify Cart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners


7. Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images/videos for quick resolution
