1. Return Eligibility

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order ID and reason for return

Provide images/videos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Replacement Policy

Replacement is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

6. Cancellation Policy
