At Trendify Cart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return

  3. Provide images/videos (if the product is damaged or defective)

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Replacement will be processed after verification and subject to product availability


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • In some cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
